Try creating a new task sequence, with the basic steps to install an OS, and 
see if that completes successfully. That should determine if it's the TS or 
something in the deployment share.

If it the new default works, then things to check in the deployment share would 
be to look at the customsettings.ini and the bootstrap.ini, can you compare 
them to your old inis?
