I will echo what Tom said.  Sham's can really think outside the box. For example, we did not really want to buy the Pyxis product for the scanning of Pharmacy Orders so we went to Sham's because of Galactica to see if they could develop an approach for Pharmacy.  That is when they developed their Galaxy RX product.  (Now, we do not actually use it but that is because of internal staff issues here).  We have their Galaxy, Galactica, Millennium and WebUView products.  I personally use the first two the most.  Support is excellent.   Thanks,   Jill   Jill S. General over-all performance and support and service of The Shams Group (TSG) on any of their products.  Their hardware and/or software service and support satisfaction in your opinion. 2.
