Yes, I keep forgetting about hulu, which is a mistake on my part
(because it's inaccessible to me: I'm total-data limited on my 
connection so something like that is way too expensive). It's 
political no matter what you do, but I think there's one thing
we can take as a concrete suggestion:  we ought to encourage 
whatever implementations do exist to be "location aware", or
more precisely connection-aware.  A settings box could be fine,
e.g. I could tick a box that says don't auto-play video content
if I'm on my phone network, but go ahead if I'm on wifi - that
sort of thing.  And of course if I'm on a settop box and it's 
directly connected to a nice fat pipe, maybe I don't even worry
about asking.
