I didn't intend my reply to sound irritated. I guess I was one smiley short. :) The only reason I replied was to point out that they can use the same method to unsubscribe. If that's not working it's a whole different thing. Whenever there's a new event such as as the Netbook UX release, and Handset day 1 (in MeeGo cases), people do rush in and join the mailing lists and join usually with the expectation of insider information. They usually don't realise or ignore it's the wrong channel, until mails come flooding in. Although I agree to you when you say that mailing lists are something which are learned, I also maintain that it's usually a prerequisite.
