Then we should be careful to state that a given 3rd party application
can actually consist of multiple packages.  This would be great.

Right.  I don't think we need to discuss the latter.  As much as I would
like it, we can't tell device vendors that they must enable a community
repository on all MeeGo devices and hope to get away with it.

We can only hope that the MeeGo community thrives to such a degree that
vendors enable Extra / Surrounds by themselves.
