Right, so NQS is ultimately the complete superset of functionality? But might not be currently? I think the distinction *is* useful as Ubuntu (and I don't know about other distros) has a Qt Creator package. I'd rather manage my packages through the system utilities (even if it's a PPA), rather than Windows-style "Update $APP" menu entries.
