While target support is still hardcoded in qt creator itself (let's
see if that changes eventually - there is some promise that qt creator
2.2 might have the necessary extensions in place), rootstraps are
separate components.

Again, while it would be nice for users, it would be more to cater for
Debianic our-way-or-no-way mentality rather than real technical need.
