Following the discussion on meego-dev, I've created the structure at:

I imagine some of them will have footnotes (e.g. Windows doesn't
feature device emulation in MeeGo SDK IIRC; or "Only in x.y.z beta").
Getting some content in from the people who know best and/or
additional features to list would be useful, I think. If nothing else,
a concerted effort to get it populated at one of the weekend hackfests
would be useful.
