Still I would like to see _some_ IPv6 requirement in 1.1
2.9 IPv6 Ready
A compliant system much support IPv6 or support means to enable
IPv6 some later time through standard system update procedures.
Actually there seems to be some certification program for IPv6[0], but
we probably should not go there for now. :)
