Hi David,
I've got a 13b turbo in my s1 RX7, I think u saw it at the Camperdown hill
climb.  I reckon they are a great engine and ive got a spare one that will
be going into my 1600.  I know Oz Developments makes crossmembers to fit one
in but you need to get an RX4 sump, pick-up, timing cover and engine mounts.
A cast manifold would be needed to clean the steering box with this setup.
A recent edition of Zoom had a 120Y that a guy fitted a 13bt to without
moving the turbo.  The engine was fairly offset to one side as they are in
most RXs anyway.  Most people dont like rotaries in datuns or rotaries at
all for that matter but i'm pretty open minded when it comes to conversions.
