Rotas usually are only rated at that sort of displacement on a race track for
there class entry ( here anyway), turbos are not treated  different to any
other turbo except it's a bit hard to fathom the 2.5 x kg rule as it doesn't
seem to be applied by all rego authorities around here. You can get a 20B which
is a 3 rota turbo regd in a 1600 here easier than a FJ20t, you figure it out.
