Lads,
Their is 4 different front x members.
All pre 69 are the same(and is the one to use)
Their was two used inthe 69-71 years,and one from 71-end.
The only sumps to bolt in a 510 are 510 and 610 made before 73.Yes a 610
pre 73 fitts in a 510 100% but the 74 no way.
BUT please keep in mind a 74 sump will also fit a 72 610,so if you buy
one from a early 610 make sure it has the factory block by the body tag
before you pull it.
The bulge in the 710 sump is a wee bit further forward.
