Russ,
I can't easily find the factory specs but I recall that the standard spring
rates where around 150# for the front and 600# for the rear which is quite
firm for a factory car in those days. These figures for a typical aftermarket
heavy duty lowered (25-30mm) replacement are ~200# & ~800#.

I missed that you also asked for the rear spring specs

Spring free length = 299 mm or 311 mm
Loaded length = ?
Coil spring diameter = 90 mm
Spring wire diameter = 14.2 mm
