Thanks,

I'll give it another go this weekend. Just so I get it right, what did you do with the
standard wiring? eg. earth wire that
connected to old dizzy, pos and neg on old coil.

I tried a few combinations but couldn't get it to fire more than once. Checked the
spark and it was firing ok, so I thought it must
be the signal the Wolf was receiving.

Cheers

Phil

Hi Phil,
Your 2D should run directly off the coil negative terminal on your
dizzy, (the same connection as where your tacho goes) and it should work
like a dream. I ran my WOLF3D in fuel only mode for a month set up in
exactly the same way, i.e, using a BlueBird series II dizzy, factory Bosch
016 ignitor and the coil that came with the BlueBird. The 3mm yellow wire
from the 2D loom goes to the Coil negative side of the coil and you should
see the red ignition trigger LED light as the engine is cranking over, also
a REV reading will appear on the LCD display. If you see these happening,
everything is OK. Also double check your dip switch settings, and make sure
you are running coil triggerring mode on the 2D.
Give it a shot, and let me know how it all goes!

Best Regards,
             George Zouglakis
