I'm not what you'd call a 200B expert as such but i have
researched the suspension units as they are our low cost 510
upgrade.

Yes, all factory struts are the same, take the same insert etc.
The only differences i know off throughout the model run in
Australia was the coupe has a lower standard spring.

No, there are variations between brake components with regards to
hub heights but the calliper/rotor combinations will all bolt up
to the strut. (i think there are 3 different specs, 1 imported
(jap) and 2 girlock (aus)).
This is a bit hard to put into words so it's clear but the rule of
thumb is:
not all 200B callipers will mate will all 200B rotors but whatever
matching pair you have they will all bolt up to any 200B strut.
