Yeah that doesnt sound too hard at all.  We just need the flange as u said.
U want to keep the cast dump pipe tho?? We could make a 3" dump pipe from
the turbo itself which would allow better flow.  I doubt finding a flange
for that would be too hard.  The rest is easy as pie.  A few bends and a few
welds and join it up to the cat.  I've never done a dumppipe on 1600 b 4 so
im guessing its pretty tight fit tho.  We would need your 1600 for at least
3-4 hours.  Dont ask me how much it would cost cause i have no idea!!! hope
