The heat sink is the metal case with 2 screws on the top attached to the 
distributor.  You should take the screws out and check that the case is 
making good contact with the ignitor (inside) and make sure that there is 
still heat grease, like a white paste.  Then tighten the screws up 
again.  If it still plays up you will need to wrap the extractors in thermo 
tape or use a heat shield.  I wrapped my extractors with thermo tape which 
cost me $50 for a 50' length at 1" wide.  It looks like flat weave of 
natural fibres and it is quite expensive.  It definitely works though as 
before I couldn't touch my dizzy after driving now I can place my hands on 
the extractors after 5 mins of cool down.
