adam,
I pulled it to bits and found that there is a white paste under the ignition 
module, it was playing up yesterday and then it rained and then it settled 
down so I think the heat is the problem.  I have some thermo wrap tape 
around so I give it a go just got enough for the closest extractor pipe but 
might have to get some more, thanks heaps
