Zac,
Rip them out of a L series six cylinder auto (always slower revs used) from
a wreckers. They are perfect but will have to have adjustment after 500 -
1000 km.

Yeah we kinda figured that out eventually :)

Is it possible to get the lash pads ground down, as a cheaper method of
getting smaller lash pads? Are second hand lash pads useable?
