Michael,
I guess heli-coiling would be OK, Just might have to reduce the torque on
that one bolt a bit and Loctite them all. The spacer just taps off. Make
sure you fit a dowel in the crank for a manual box.

    Hi, well i've done it this time, i striped on of the flywheel bolt
threads in the end of the crank, any ideas on how to fix it? I;v thought
of helicoiling it but i dunno.

Ohh yeah and the block is from an auto bluebird and it has a wierd
spacer kinda on the end of the crank, how do i remove this to bolt up a
flywheel?
