brake bias

There's been a bit of talk lately about brake bias.I saw a datto with a knob type brake proportioning valve fitted he reckons it works well.It also had the web site written on the valve.www.btechnik.com  B-TECHNIK Brake Components model BT1040.$132.Dont know how this compares to tilton's.
