Good question Simon. I was just out road testing my newly registered 1600
tonight, in dark, very wet conditions with stock headlights. Vision was so
bad that 100kph was really starting to push the safety limit. I was looking
for the next speed on the wiper switch quite a few times as the rain squalls
increased.
