Flying wipers

Hi listers,   This may be a bit of a strange question, but...............   Has anyone had trouble with their windscreen wipers hovering above the windscreen at high speed.   Racing at Eastern Creek on Sunday, the wipers on the 1600 were hovering clean off the windscreen, and about one quarter of the way up the windscreen when coming down the main straight.
