I ditched the original wiper blade carriers.  I still use the arms themselves, but 
replaced the part that actually holds the rubber blade in place.  The assemblies are 
available at most auto outlets for about $10 new. They have slots in them... I don't 
know if this makes the difference though.
I havent had them move off or up the screen, even at 200kph.

i get this problem in mine too. at about 80kph onwards!!! 
it sux. 

fins only cost like $5 but im too lazy to go find where i can buy some
