Z series questions

was just wondering a few things about Z series motors   #1 will the Z24 crank go in the Z20 block?   #2 will the Z18ET manifolds bolt up to the Z20 head?   #3 out of the Z18, z20 and z24 heads, is there any particular one that flows better?   #4 assuming the z24 crank fits, what pistons and rods would I use?
