Chris, Zac sumed it up you will have to try it and see.
The simitomos do fit some 13 inch Mag wheels if you have the 253mm disk. Measure the inside of the wheel to make sure. If you want to run the 200b struts you may have trouble with disk offset to caliper position. I had to use a 240K hub with a 200B disk to fix this in the past. Easiest option is get a 240K strut with 253mm disk and the twin piston caliper and check the wheel fits. Have fun working the puzzle out.
