Sounds like your pressure plate needs re-surfacing, probably do the flywheel at the same time.

I fit it all up feels good not really snappy but feels smooth. Take it for a drive taking it easy give it some herbs hits 4500 in 4th 15psi and bugger me its slipping like a bastard.
