Hey Andrew,

I heard that race cars use a venturi in the exhaust at the last collector.
This means that you can get really effective scavenging of the crankcase. Even more 
than using the induction system - and with no effective octane loss.
For a road car you'd need some type of one-way valve to stop pressurising the 
crankcase at idle.
Perhaps a fuel tank breather valve could be modified to do the job.

It is not really nice or environmentally friendly and not at all suited to a road 
'legal' car, but it is probably the highest HP method.

At least it is another way to increase your engine efficiency for not much $$
