My
1600 is plane Jane Arctic White with a straight as they come body but in need of
some TLC as it was last painted in 1980. The money has all gone into the chassis
engineering wise i.e. '69 SSS xmember & steering with 200B struts, '69
SSS rear suspension with Lovells springs and Levin TRD shocks, Stanza
SSS bits in the interior which is also in dire need of a facelift, 240K-GT
wheels (Japanese Hotwires), 4 discs and to tone it down a bit I have my original '72 genuine rear louvre but
it doesn't fool the cops, I cant go anywhere in it on the weekend without
attracting them lately. Engine/trans is L1889cc 710SSS (RallyeQuip
imported) which is also a bit tired but still putting down ~120hp. I will put
the FJ20ET that I salvaged out of my Sports Sedan before it was sold if I can
ever find the time, I need a VR I think.

I have seen Fergy`s and it is beuatiful......... I want the same thing but can`t weld to save my life so I might try and find one retail. Or I could pay someone to make one up.
Which 1600 do you own? What color is it?
And yes I live in Canberra
