piston height of a FJ20 i can give you from a standard non intercooled DR30 Skyline piston.. very deep dish.
i found a piston that is almost identical except that it is 1.1mm taller in piston height, so if you are after high
compression and can fix any clearance issues... use a KA24DE piston... 89mm std bore, 21mm gudgeon pin
2.8cc dish (almost flat top)

Funny thing about those rods i'm looking to fit some in a holden 6 of all things.How did you go searching for the 92mm pistons.What was the piston pin height of the fj20 ones.Im looking for some close to the fj20 pistons with flat or close to flat tops.

 They put L18 and L16 crank and rods into 1500,1600OHC ford Kent engines.
For Classic and Pre 65 racing,They dont break like the old Ford stuff.
Why bother drive a Nissan!.
