For myself after quite a lot of fiddling I run 1deg negative camber and 1mm toe in at the rear, without a sway bar though. I found the small amount of toe increased stability at higher speeds and on uneven surfaces quite noiceably. I find rear oversteer still a problem, and drving fast in wet weather is pretty harrowing at times. With so much variation in spring rates/shocks/sway bars etc.. it's a matter of finding a setup that works well combined, and having adjustability to tailor it to something that is a good compromise.
