This was in the u.k. Their law is very similar to ours (I believe). Either way, you can get done for deformation and slander in Australia as well, especially if you are just talking hearsay, and not known fact. Take your chances, but I would just be discrete about it, and direct email people if you want to go into a lot of detail and really shit on the buggers. regards Greg
