You need to increase the static advance This is done by turning the dissy assembly ( using timing light).
You need to limit the total advance. This is done by putting in extra stops for the bob-weights or bending the stops that are already there. You also need to get the dissy to advance faster to the new, lower, limit. This is done with softer springs.
