R31 Pintara or R31 Skyline rear discs, calipers and caliper bracket are the
go.  You just need to open out the caliper brackets central hole and redrill
its mounting holes to bolt it to the trailing arm.  Get the hand brake
cables as well.  Then you need to fit a different dia. master cylinder.
