Andrew, I thought the confiscation rules were for those racing not just laying a bit of rubber. Sounds like these new rules are getting out of hand.
Obviously you don't want the car to be taken away but I don't know how much it will cost to defend yourself. Someone on another list lost his straight away for 3 months. I wonder why they didn't take it then and there. Hopefully your good driving record will get you out of it.
