Thanks for all the help guys, turned out to be 2 things, i replaced the plug with
another plug from my spare 1600, turns out that plug was fucked to, to i replaced that
and it wasnt much better, checked the lead and sure enuff there was some rubber
missing and it was touching part of the carb (probably why i got the shock)
once again thanks for your help, she's now running quicker than ever ;) now all she
needs is some oil hahahah
