Any of the TO3's and TO4's can be converted to carbon seal but its not cheap
new.Best off finding a second hand one thats already been done. The 13b rota
turbos use a carbon seal standard but are pretty laggy due to there large
turbine A/R's (S4 is .88,S5 is 1.0).There is a guy on the sr list that uses
one and gets 230rwhp at 20psi.Some turbo place will fit these turbos onto a
smaller t3 turbine housing to get less lag.Forget the idea of sucking thru a
B/B turbo.
