Paul, May I suggest that you have a read (print it if you can) of these pages of a US 510 Owners website - it explains a lot about wheels with a PL510 (1600) flavour and it has pictures of what the terms offset and backspace are all about. Wheel questions come up regularly on car lists and this article is referred to a lot as it is one of the best I've seen.
