I am not sure what the last measurement is but it seems pretty important when fitting bigger calipers.. I read the article and it was fairly informative. Thankyou.
the offset is the difference of the backspace and total rim width? with the centre of the rim being 0 offset???
So if i have an offset which pushes the mounting point of the hub/wheel further out from the car it means the wheel may touch the strut etc, however if i go the other way the wheel may touch the guards?
The problem i have now is finding a wheel with a centre mounting point which is raised above the front of the wheel. So i can mount a caliper which will not touch on the front of the rim's face. Know of any off the top of your head Terry?
cheers again
