There is a couple of versions of the T3 used on the FJ20et.One has a .48 a/r turbine 
housing and the other a .63 a/r.Not much point winding the boost past 15psi as
they overspin and wear out quickly.The compressor doesnt really loose much efficiency 
until after 21 psi.
