Dunno about the L18W block, but my old model L20B block went to 87.5mm without a problem. Best bet is to take it to Specialist Engine Services (somehow associated with FlightLine??) at the Ardmore airfield here in Papakura, and pay them about $60 to do an ultrasonic cylinder wall thickness test. They recommended mine was offset bored by 0.050" to give the maximum average wall thickness.
