Cheers Brad, but I'm only going to bore it this time round, as this is for my dirt tracker, and it has to retain std carb and exhaust manifold. L18's can be taken out to almost 2 litres with crankshaft mods and a big bore.   If you go even further with the crankshaft mods you can get an L18 block out to 2.15 litres.  This mod requires a profiled plate on top of the block (like a decompression plate) and sleeves in the enlarged bores to allow the pistons to move up into the plate area.
