Re: extra gauges for 1600

As for my car (Queensland) I mounted the oil pressure and boost gauge on the steering column, and my tacho is on the pillar (I know it shouldn't be there but what the hell) . Some previous owner of my dash had cut a hole in the section with the park, oil and other light so I neatly cleaned it up and got a VDO voltmeter and put it in.

fully imported idiot light system !!

i guess i'm asking if most people build a console and house the gauges in there or attach them under the ash tray.

i don't want to lose my current dash as it's in perfect condition and as for the air vent - QLD heat is a major issue !!
