yeh terry,

it is the fully imported "idiot light dash". i want to keep the dash because it is in perfect condition and the air vent is required in QLD HEAT !! i suppose a SSS dash would be the obvious option - but not for this car. is it common for gauges to be mounted under the ash tray or in a home made centre console?? terry - what was the old school way to house extra gauges ??

off topic - i saw jeff shoesmith's car sx510 at nats - had tweeter speekers mounted in the middle of air vents - sweet job jeff !!
