L16's will bore to 85mm no problems. Go to an engine reconditioner and get some quotes, there can be a lot of variation between shops.. The bore to the size of pistons if you are using good second hand ones. Check the ring land condition thoroughly first. Good rings start at about $65 set up to $140 for "Total Seal" gapless ductile iron top rings.
