Title: RE: paint prep
I also like grey or silver grey - we've used what is called Hammertone or Hammercoat depending on brand. Damn good surface that goes on any sort of preparation within reason. It's even fairly reasonably priced if you buy it by the tin, pressure paks are very exy. I've even done my box trailer in the stuff, looks fantastic, best looking boxy on the coast last xmas. I got so excited about how good it looked, I even put a new set of lights and a riced up $10 set of silver grey Supercheap wheel trims on it - now that's class.

Terry

Grey could look good. Anyone remember a Yellow 626 a few year back in Fast Fours, it had grey detailing in it looked great. If you didnt want to go grey or silver, maybe go a lighter shade of the same green you used on the outside, different enough to look deliberate, but similar enough to compliment it.

Grey (or silver, black or white) is a neutral colour that goes with
anything. Unfortunately it looks like undercoat.
