Thats a pretty good idea with the sniffer. I would just write one that
logged all the data passing from handset to computer, see the sequence
of keypresses they entered, and you should be able to see them entering
the password at one stage. I built one for computer keyboards that did
the same thing once, they arent too hard. You would need to make sure
you had enough memory to store all the keypresses though, I imagine
there is quite a few in setting a map.
