I bought some o ring from my local bearing shop. 

I got the high temp viton rubber. $15ea. 42mm diameter and 2mm thick. I
suggest Lapping the seal surfaces on a sheet of glass. If they are
damaged. This also helps remove the taper in the top one.

I use a mix of 50/50 shell advance motorcycle shock oil 15 and 20 wt.

Track use requires rebuilding every couple of years as the oil chars on
the out side of the shafts.
