Mohit, The tubes are the same i.e. no left or right, but they do go north south in a particular way - smaller hole facing frontwards, larger hole facing rearwards.

Yeah mohit you dont cut the actual crossmember, you need to make up a jig to hold the big bolts in their correct position, then grind away the welds around the tapered tubes. In the popular off the shelf kits, I am pretty sure that they just ground off the washers that hold the control arm studs in place then moved the stud around to the opposite side and rewelded it in place. Then refit it to the car and LCAs.
