That's a pic of the updated breather hose - 1 piece of rubber that is flat in 
the center and has little baffles inside that retard the flow of blowby oil. 
You probably have the old plastic pipe version and as the engine ages, you are 
getting a little more blowby and it is getting to the turbo.
